Role 01

Social Media / Network Manager

Run the show. Grow the roster. Own the day-to-day.

Salaried + Bonus + Rev Share Fully Remote

Pay

  • Competitive base + performance bonus + revenue share
  • $1,000 sign-on bonus plus milestone bonuses as the network hits growth targets
  • Ongoing % on every creator you personally bring in
  • Paid time-tracking via Toggl when working active hours

What You'll Do

  • Recruit creators — the heartbeat of the role. Source, pitch, and close spiritual creators into the network
  • Onboard new signs — onboarding calls, contract walk-throughs, first-week hand-holding, live-battle coaching
  • Support the roster — show up in their lives, drop comments, send check-ins, keep retention strong
  • Run weekly campaigns — themed weeks, gift parties, threshold pushes, sub raffles
  • Make the content — flyers, posts, training docs, internal hype. You build what the network sees
  • Moderate the Discord — keep the vibes high, the rules clear, the announcements flowing
  • Track the numbers — creator threshold progress, retention, payouts, weekly reports
  • Be the network's right hand — what the network needs, you handle

This IS for you if…

  • You know your way around TikTok and content creation
  • Creator network experience is a plus, not a must — if you're willing to learn the GLR / diamond / agency side, I'll teach you
  • You're a closer, not just a coordinator
  • You can run weekly campaigns and hit your numbers without being chased
  • You report honestly — the good, the bad, the "I dropped the ball" weeks

NOT for you if…

  • You need a finished machine to "manage"
  • You want recruits handed to you with zero effort
  • You need 30 days to "ramp up" before producing anything

  • You're not willing to learn the TikTok Live / agency dashboard side

Creator Recruiter

Bring spiritual creators home. Get paid every time one sticks.

Performance-Based Fully Remote Open to Creators

  • Pure performance — you earn per recruit who hits the platform's earning threshold

What You'll Do

  • Source creators — DM, comment, hashtag-dive, Discord, your own network
  • Pitch the network — use our templates or your own voice
  • Get recruits to threshold — stay in touch through their first weeks live
  • Report honestly — track outreach, conversions, wins

This IS for you if…

  • You love the spiritual / astrology / tarot space
  • You're a closer — DMs, comments, voice notes, whatever it takes
  • You're cool with performance pay (no base, big upside)
  • You're already a creator yourself — battling live is one of the best ways to recruit, so going live and pulling creators in is welcome and encouraged
  • You can hit weekly outreach goals without being micromanaged

NOT for you if…

  • You need an hourly check while you "ramp up"
  • You expect a finished pipeline — we'll share our running lead list to get you started, but you've gotta hunt your own too
  • You can't DM 25+ creators a week without burning out
  • You don't actually know or care about spiritual TikTok
