Pay
- Competitive base + performance bonus + revenue share

What You'll Do
- Recruit creators — the heartbeat of the role. Source, pitch, and close spiritual creators into the network
- Onboard new signs — onboarding calls, contract walk-throughs, first-week hand-holding, live-battle coaching
- Support the roster — show up in their lives, drop comments, send check-ins, keep retention strong
- Run weekly campaigns — themed weeks, gift parties, threshold pushes, sub raffles
- Make the content — flyers, posts, training docs, internal hype. You build what the network sees
- Moderate the Discord — keep the vibes high, the rules clear, the announcements flowing
- Track the numbers — creator threshold progress, retention, payouts, weekly reports
- Be the network's right hand — what the network needs, you handle
This IS for you if…
- You know your way around TikTok and content creation
- Creator network experience is a plus, not a must — if you're willing to learn the GLR / diamond / agency side, I'll teach you
- You're a closer, not just a coordinator
- You can run weekly campaigns and hit your numbers without being chased
- You report honestly — the good, the bad, the "I dropped the ball" weeks
